She provided multiple options, walked me through each step, and did everything she could to get my coverage activated fast. "Melissa Muzzi has been delivering great customer service for me. Just prior to my policy renewal, she drew my attention to some incorrect driving data that would have jacked my rates up much higher. Thanks to her intervention, I was able to supply her with the correct information that have kept my rates stable and where they're supposed to be. I can think of plenty of other people at other companies that would have not done that and simply let that slide, resulting in me holding the bag, so to speak."
