ROLE DESCRIPTIONTara Casares - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
 - Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
 - Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
 - Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
 - Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
 - Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
 
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 - Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
 - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
 - Bilingual Spanish preferred.
 
          Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
